Oxfordshire Estates were delighted to sponsor Abingdon Town Council's Music in the Park this year!

The event was held at Abbey Gardens, Abingdon Saturday 2nd September with wonderful selection of great Artists scheduled to perform throughout the day. These included Abingdon's premier music collective Skittle Alley, Hope & Glory (who played some fantastic Madness hits - we particularly enjoyed 'Our House' for obvious reasons!) and The Zoots who seriously impressed with their selection of 60's and 70's Hits. The final act were the legendary Wurzels who topped the event off perfectly.

We were also all incredibly fortunate with the weather, and it stayed sunny for the majority of the day. Considering the amount of rain we have had this summer, it was a welcome surprise!

Aside from the acts, the event was really well planned with an array of great quality Stalls offering plenty of food and drink options. There was even entertainment to keep the kids amused! 

Well done to Abingdon Town Council for organising and also for letting Oxfordshire Estates sponsor the event. We very much hope to be involved again next year!
