We have a number of loyal, long-term tenants that over the years have resided in multiple properties we look after. As we all know, circumstances in life can change! It is therefore not uncommon for a Tenant to require a different specification of home at some stage and request to move. In this instance, we will match them with any suitable homes within our portfolio. Service Comparison - Letting Only & Full Management
Letting Only – We will assess your Property and recommend the correct Rental value in accordance with present market conditions. Full advertising will take place on our own website as well as other prominent property portals including Rightmove. Furthermore, your listing will be advertised within our High Street Office and matched with suitable private and cooperate candidates on our database. Viewings will be undertaken as well as full referencing of prospective tenants. Additionally, we include production of the tenancy agreement, presentation of all relevant Safety Certificates and Right to Rent checks. From this stage onwards you will be responsible for the management of the Tenant including checkout.
Full Property Management – As well as the services included above, we will fully manage your Property throughout the Tenancy. This gives you complete peace of mind as we will become the primary point of contact for your Tenant. We will also arrange check-in, deposit registration, collection of rent, regular routine inspections, repairs, renewal of safety certificates and maintenance, contract renewals, rent reviews, end of tenancy notices as well as the final checkout and allocation of deposit.
